Changes to pre-generated characters

I corrected some errors in the pre-generated characters:
- Assassin: Redistributed 1 level from Shoot to stab and adjusted their weapon's Total Atk Boni & damage
- Doc: Adjusted damage bonus of their light pistol
- Driver/Drone pilot: Redistributed 1 level from drive to notice
